Inclusions

Rates are USD per room per night based on single or double occupancy, includes continental breakfast and subject to 15% government tax and 10% service charge.

Extra person charge is $25 per night and must be requested at time of reservation.

Max occupancy per room is 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 2 Children.

Rates include use of pool, beach, lounges, beach towels, fitness room.

Airport transfers available on request and are not included in the above.
Deposit & Cancellations

A deposit of three nights is required to guarantee reservation and dates.

Must cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive full refund.

Holiday Policy: minimum stay of 5 nights for any stay that includes Dec 22 - Jan 2.

No refund will be made in the case of ‘no show’.
